Tito Jackson has broken his silence to The Daily Mirror (for a price of course) about his brother's drug addiction problems. In the interview, Tito revealed that the Jackson family was very concerned about Michael's alleged abuse of prescription pills. They even planned a military-style intervention at Michael's Neverland Ranch. Tito revealed that Michael did everything in his power to hide what he was doing from his family, even ordering his staff to bar his siblings from the ranch.
"We had to act," Tito explained. The siblings had to rush past Michael's security guards in order to confront Michael about his problem.
Tito spoke about how him and his siblings kept asking Michael if it was true he was using drugs and Michael kept denying it, saying they were overreacting and asking a doctor, who was on hand, to assure them everything was OK.
Despite Michael saying that everything was fine, Tito and his siblings did not believe anything Michael was saying. Tito revealed that they tried speaking to Michael about it for hours but got nowhere. They tried multiple times to speak to Michael about his problem but kept getting shut out by his handlers.
Tito spoke of how the security guards would often set up roadblocks to keep them out. Tito first learned of Michael's alleged problems with prescription drugs after he was treated in rehab in 1993.
The interview went on to talk about another hot topic, which was Michael's crazy plastic surgery. Tito revealed that obsession might have came from the excessive taunting Michael received from his father, Joe Jackson, as a child about his acne and his nose.
Tito also addressed the rumors that near the end of his life, Michael was obsessed with fears of his own death.
See, this is what being desprite for money gets you: a bangin' inside story. First it was LaToya talking about how she thought Michael was murdered to some tabliod. Now it's Tito revealing Michael's life to another tabloid. AT this rate, we'll definitely know everything that happened in the Jackson family by the end of the month.
