Pitbull Escapes 2nd DUI Charge

Rapper Pitbull was found not guilty of driving while under the influence and was acquitted of all charges on Thursday. When Pitbull took the stand, he claimed that his 'celebrity status' was the reason he was pulled over.

“I was targeted because I am celebrity.”

Pitbull used this excuse in court even though he was caught speeding past police doing 93 mph, his breath smelled like liquor, and he had slurred speech.

The jury debated for about 3 hours before deciding that he was not guilty. If the jury did find him guilty, he would have served jailtime due to the fact that this was his 2nd dui charge.

His last words as he left the courtroom: "I know if I go out and have a social dinner, I’m taking a driver with me."

SMH. A damn shame how stupid a group of jurors can be.

Weezy Getting Sued (Once Again)

Looks like Lil Wayne is getting sued ... yet another time. An entertainment company is suing Weezy for missing a scheduled performance. In 2008 he was scheduled to perform in the Bahamas at a concert for Red City Entertainment.When he didn't show, authorities went looking for him and found him knocked out the hotel room that Red City Entertainment paid for. Red City Entertainment also claims that they paid Weezy $212,000 upfront. They are suing him for $432,000. This sum also includes the hotel bills along with the money they paid him upfront.

Damn Weezy, get ya sh*t together.
