The Guiness World Record for the World's Largest Augmented Breasts goes to Maxi Mounds. (SMH @ that name). She has petitioned for the record since 2003, but the category was only just created a few months ago.

Her breasts are a whopping 156MMM. DAYUUMMM ! Her body measurements come out to be 156MMM – 26 – 36.

Maxi reveals in her bio: "For sportswear I shop in the men’s department, but for everything else I just buy the biggest size I can get. It’s especially hard to find bras that fit, so I make the things I can’t buy."

The following is from her website's Q & A.

Q: How much do your boobs weigh?
A: Right now they weigh about 20lbs apiece. Yes, my back does hurt from time to time.

Q: Where can my wife/girlfriend go to get her boobs as big as yours?
A: She can’t. The doctor that did my string implants isn’t doing them any more. I don’t know if that will change in the future, only time will tell.

In my opinion, no one's chest should be that size. It's utterly disgusting.
