Looks like Debbie is selling her rights to her kids once again. Michael's ex-wife Debbie Rowe reliquished her rights yet again for a whopping $4 million.

"It's one final payday," a disgusted family source told The Post yesterday.

The family is not happy about this big pay-out, but they felt it was a necessary evil, the family source revealed. This was all set to be sealed in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.

“They felt it was like a ransom-type thing. [Rowe] jumped back into the picture because she wanted money,” the friend said.

WOW. Debbie Rowe knew exactly what she was doing by jumping in the picture claiming to want her children. She needed money and that's exactly what she got. Smh. Simply a disgusting individual.
