The time has FINALLY arrived. The Chris & RiRi drama has hit the courtroom. Chris Brown entered a plea deal that says he has to serve 180 days of community labor, as well as five years' probation. Brown pleaded guilty to one count of felony assault, avoiding a prison sentence.

Judge Patricia M Schnegg imposed a stay-away order on both Rihanna and Chris so that they stay at least 50 yards from each other. That distance is reduced to just 10 yards at industry events, but Schnegg warned Rihanna that she would be in violation of the order if she approached her former assailant.

After the hearing, Rihanna's lawyer confirmed that she had not requested the court's stay-away order. She called the court's stay-away order "totally unnecessary". Brown's formal sentencing will take place August 5th.
